How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned using the same method you paid with, normally within a few business days. We may ask brief troubleshooting questions to confirm the issue before processing.

Digital goods exception

Because this is a digital service activated immediately, the right to cancel can end once activation begins with your consent. Our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law and does not affect them.

Exclusions

Refunds do not cover problems caused entirely by your own equipment or internet connection where the service itself is working, or misuse of the subscription. If in doubt, message us — we’d rather sort it out than turn you away.
