Terms of Service

These Terms govern your Viking IPTV subscription. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

Viking IPTV provides access to an IPTV subscription: live channels, sport and on-demand films and box sets streamed over your own internet connection. You are responsible for having a compatible device and a sufficient connection. Channel and brand names are used for information only and remain the property of their owners; no affiliation is implied.

2. Orders and activation

Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp. Once confirmed, we send your login details and a setup guide, and activation is normally complete within minutes. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars on the Plans page and are charged once for the term you choose — there is no rolling contract and no auto-renewal.

3. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for personal, private viewing on the number of screens in your plan. You may not resell, redistribute or share your login publicly. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud or chargeback abuse.

4. Availability

We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as performance also depends on your device, network and third-party infrastructure. We carry out maintenance and improvements as needed.

5. Liability and refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law. Our refund commitment is set out in the Refund Policy. Your personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.
